At 2 pounds per 3 weeks weight loss (yellow line) my target 152 pounds (BMI 24.5) should be achieved by mid April 2009.
Tactic: with xmas week I'll put on a pound (+3500 calories at least) so will try to lose 3 pounds in in first 3 weeks December - net 2 pounds loss in December.
