New Crabsallover Weight Target

Among male participants who had never smoked, Pischon found the risk of death was lowest at:
  1. BMI of 24.5 (crabsallover: 156 pounds (11st 2 pounds))
  2. 85cm (33.4") waist circumference
  3. 0.88 waist to hip ratio (equiv. 96cm hip (37.8") circum.)
These are my new goals (see November 2008 Health Strategy - right column).

New weight loss per week target: 0.7 pounds (was 0.8 pounds). 40 week diet completed target: 4th May 2009 to 156 pounds.

crabsallover weight

Crabsallover weight has varied between 139 pounds (BMI 21.7) in 1987 and 189 pounds (BMI 29.6) peaks in 1998, 1999, 2003 and 2006. Typically weight has been around 175 pounds (BMI 27.4).

In 1986 crabsallover was >168 pounds and lost 30 pounds in 1987 on a strict calorie controlled calorie diet.

Not since 1993 has crabsallover been under 168 pounds (12 stone). Since 1989 I've been Overweight at > 159 pounds >BMI 25.0.

At 18th October I'm a few pounds away from being the lightest I've been in 15 years! Once i get there the next record will be 140 pounds (my 'Corfu' diet in 1987).

But the hardest bit will be to keep the weight off - for LIFE! No more diets!! Just maintain my weight by recording weight daily in Hacker's Diet (at least, thats the plan!).

Crabsallover weight

The PhysicsDiet chart shows red when I go over the moving average trend line.

The Hacker's Diet shows that the target 1 pound per week (yellow line) has not been met in the last fortnight In the first fortnight I was losing 1 pound per week (following yellow line), but in the last fortnight 0.77 pounds per week. Over 4 weeks I've lost 0.9 pounds per week.
