Tactic of banana for lunch most days instead of All Day Breakfast ie one large meal a day - is barely working in the last fortnight.

On the evidence of the last 4 weeks rolling results I need to lose a further 0.1 pounds or 350 calories per week ( 0.1 x 3500 cals) viz. 50 calories per day - 10 minutes walk OR half glass wine (75mls). That's one hours more walking or half bottle of wine less per week.
